Job summary

The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum seeks a Community Relations Database Analyst to support its network of partnerships across Greater Boston. This full-time, temporary role focuses on documenting relationships, strengthening long-term engagement, and ensuring data integrity in Tessitura CRM.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in data management, and strong Excel/Google Workspace skills. Onsite in Boston, with a strong preference for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in data management, arts, culture or non-profit administration.
• Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM) databases; Tessitura experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Workspace.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow process.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to create effective proposals and presentations.
• Good judgment and ability to be discreet and handle confidential information.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data standards and quality control practices for Tessitura; develop and optimize the community partnership database.
• Produce and update department reports to support strategic initiatives and cross-department information sharing.
• Deliver database-related projects including training updates, address duplicates, and data cleanup.
• Work cross-departmentally to maximize information used by all departments related to community partners.
• Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling using Artifax and other documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Public Programs.
