Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch seeks an experienced local sales leader to grow restaurant and catering sales through partnerships and community engagement. You will identify opportunities with local businesses, schools, churches, and community groups, visit partners, and translate relationships into measurable sales while tracking activity and reporting to leadership.

The role requires two years Chick-fil-A experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings

Qualifications

Two years of Chick-fil-A experience with leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated understanding of Chick-fil-A hospitality, standards, culture, and brand.
Ability to initiate conversations and build relationships with business/community leaders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a local sales-growth plan with the Operator.
Proactively visit businesses, schools, churches, and community partners.
Build relationships generating catering orders, recurring business, events, and partnerships.
Identify and pursue new catering accounts and community partnerships.
Conduct outreach activities to create measurable sales and maintain records.
