Qualifications

Massachusetts paramedic certification required with ALS eligibility.
Experience in EMS or mobile integrated healthcare preferred.
Strong patient assessment, decision-making and evidence-based interventions.
Proficient EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
Ability to educate patients and families and work with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and provide interventions within paramedic scope.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses and other professionals.
Respond to scheduled and unscheduled visits to support chronic disease management.
Document encounters in EMR and participate in quality improvement activities.
