Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Pantry Support Assistant to help run daily hunger-relief operations, blending warehouse work with local pickups, stocking, donation handling, distribution support, and client intake.

You will work closely with staff and volunteers to keep operations organized, accurate, and on time, including lifting up to 75 pounds, evenings and weekends as needed, in a friendly, customer-service oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable, punctual; able to work independently and with a team.
• Strong customer service skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Background check and clean driving record required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete client intake, confirm eligibility, and maintain accurate client records.
• Stock shelves and keep inventory organized and accurate.
• Pick up food donations and process donations for storage or distribution.
• Support food distribution and daily warehouse workflow.
• Coordinate with volunteers and support seasonal programs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the facility and vehicles.
• Handle physical tasks safely, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
