MCS Puerto Rico in San Juan seeks a Community Outreach Supervisor to lead the Outreach team, ensure program activity execution, and uphold policies. You will supervise the Team Leader and Technicians, support work plans, and coordinate services for policyholders island-wide.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. At least four (4) years of experience in social work services, community outreach, or case management, including one (1) year of experience in personnel supervision.
Certifications / Licenses: A Driver's License valid in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required. A valid Association of Social Work Professionals of Puerto Rico License and Registration is required.
Other: This role requires occasional travel across the island, including to off-island municipalities such as Vieques and Culebra. Candidates must have a dependable vehicle in good condition and be able to conduct home visits and field assessments as part of care management support activities.
