Job summary

Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri seeks a Community Outreach Program Manager to deliver social, emotional, and STEM learning in schools and community centers. You will build strong relationships with schools in the eastern Missouri area and collaborate with the organization's adult and membership teams.

The role supports hybrid work (in office, remote, and field) with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities. A bachelor’s degree and experience with youth are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Service, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Some experience working with youth preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned schools and communities to schedule programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned schools.
• Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person programs focused on STEM and SEL.
• Reach target populations in underserved Girl Scout areas.
• Maintain relationships with personnel at outreach delivery sites.
