Job summary

IBC Incorporated in Boise, ID is seeking Entry-Level Community Outreach Specialists / Fundraising Representatives to support nonprofit campaigns, awareness, and fundraising initiatives. No experience is required and paid training plus ongoing mentorship are provided.

You'll engage with community members at events, educate the public about causes, and help drive donations while developing communication, public relations, and leadership skills in a collaborative, energetic team environment.

Job description

We're hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Specialists / Fundraising Representatives to join our team and support community outreach, fundraising, awareness, and promotional campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level job seekers who enjoy meeting new people and want to build professional skills in communication, fundraising, public relations, marketing, and community engagement.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with members of the community while representing nonprofit organizations, charitable initiatives, and campaign partners.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Engaging with members of the public at events and community outreach campaigns

  • Educating people about nonprofit organizations, charitable causes, and community initiatives

  • Communicating campaign information clearly and professionally

  • Encouraging community participation and support

  • Supporting fundraising and awareness campaigns

  • Helping generate donations and campaign support

  • Building positive relationships with members of the community

  • Assisting with promotional events and community initiatives

  • Helping with event setup, registration, and promotional materials

  • Answering questions and providing friendly assistance

  • Gathering feedback and sharing campaign insights with the team

  • Working with teammates to accomplish daily and campaign goals

This is an entry-level position with paid training.

You don't need previous experience in fundraising, nonprofit organizations, sales, marketing, public relations, or community outreach.
