Job Description

Must be located in the Austin, TX area

A bit about this role: We are seeking a Community Outreach Specialist who demonstrates compassion for seniors and has the ability to network and build relationships within the community. This role involves opening doors for sales and marketing opportunities for Devoted’s Sales Agents and sharing Devoted’s core values with community influencers.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

• Building relationships with community influencers and gatekeepers in venues frequented by seniors
• Ensuring market understanding and compliance with Medicare marketing guidelines
• Assisting Sales Agents in developing marketing plans and strategies
• Delivering Medicare educational presentations at community events
• Collaborating with provider groups for co-marketing efforts
• Tracking marketing results and ROI
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals

Required skills and experience:

• Ability to thrive in a startup, fast-paced environment
• Existing local network and contacts within the community
• Experience in Medicare Advantage preferred
• College degree preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Insurance producer license in your state or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Valid driver's license and ability to fulfill driving responsibilities

Salary range:

$60,000 - $72,000 plus $12K annual commission. Compensation depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
