Job summary

SisuCare Education in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a motivated Community Outreach and Field Marketing Representative to promote CNA classes, visit schools and organizations, and build referral partnerships.

You will spend most weeks in the community, distributing approved materials, coordinating information sessions, and working with hospital HR, workforce boards, libraries, and nonprofits to turn awareness into inquiries and enrollments.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel reliably throughout the assigned San Antonio territory each workday; a valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance if driving for work.
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend events, with schedules coordinated in advance.
• Respect for students from different backgrounds and an interest in helping people explore healthcare careers.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships and referral programs with organizations that can regularly refer prospective students.
• Plan efficient weekly routes around San Antonio communities and track visits and outcomes in the CRM.
• Review results with marketing and admissions, sharing feedback and focusing on productive relationships.

About SisuCare

SisuCare helps people prepare for careers in healthcare through accessible nursing assistant education. Our goal is to make training easier to fit around work and family responsibilities and help students take the next step toward healthcare employment.

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing, organized person to represent SisuCare across San Antonio. You will spend most of your working week in the community, introducing our CNA classes, distributing approved materials, and building relationships with organizations that can refer prospective students. Your goal is to turn local awareness into qualified student inquiries and lasting referral partnerships.

What you will do

Visit local schools and organizations

• Visit high schools and meet with counselors, career and technical education staff, and career advisors to arrange approved information sessions and outreach activities.
• Connect with hospital HR and workforce development teams, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home care organizations about training and sponsorship opportunities.
• Build relationships with workforce boards, career centers, nonprofits, adult education programs, libraries, faith organizations, and community centers.

Make SisuCare visible locally

• Build relationships and obtain to place flyers, brochures, and QR code displays on notice boards in supermarkets, local businesses, community centers, and other relevant locations.
• Keep materials current and stocked, record approved display locations, and revisit sites regularly.
• Represent SisuCare at job fairs, school career days, community events, and information sessions; explain programs clearly using approved information.

Develop partnerships and student referrals

• Find organizations that can regularly refer suitable prospective students and develop relationships with the people who manage those referrals.
• Arrange introductions and follow-up meetings for SisuCare leadership when organizations express interest in sponsored training, group enrollments, or formal partnerships.
• Capture inquiries with permission and connect interested students promptly with admissions for eligibility review, program details, and enrollment support.

Plan visits and track results

• Plan efficient weekly routes around the San Antonio communities served by our classes and keep appointments and follow-up commitments.
• Record visits, contacts, leads, referral sources, and next steps in our CRM; use trackable QR codes or referral links where provided.
• Review results with marketing and admissions, share community feedback, and focus effort on relationships that generate suitable student inquiries.

Helpful experience

Existing relationships with San Antonio schools, employers, workforce organizations, or community groups are valuable. English and Spanish bilingual communication is a plus. CNA or other healthcare experience is helpful. A college degree is not required; relevant experience and demonstrated results matter.

A qualified inquiry is a prospective student who has expressed interest, agreed to follow-up, and appears to fit the program location and basic requirements. Admissions confirms eligibility. Activity and outcome targets will be agreed with your manager based on the territory and class capacity.

Working expectations

This is a field role with substantial time spent visiting organizations and attending events in person.
