Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Community Outreach Sales Liaison to generate referrals by building relationships with community resources across service areas. You will support business development through community marketing activities and establish strong relationships with referral sources.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and teamwork, with duties spanning appointments, events, intake coordination, and press/communications support.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; 1 year marketing/sales experience.
• Minimum of one year work experience with the elderly.
• Demonstrated ability to follow-through on planned tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily appointments, presentations and follow up.
• Report on customer relationships and maintain the sales log.
• Assist with marketing strategies for growth of PACE SEMI.
• Coordinate logistics for events, presentations and trade shows.
• Provide administrative support for marketing and intake projects.
• Prepare press releases, media packages, newsletters and event announcements
• Qualify new participants and assist Intake via screening and tours
• Elevate issues to senior staff when needed.
• Work independently or as part of a team and multitask with attention to detail.
