Quality Personal Care (QPC) is a growing multi-state home care organization dedicated to helping seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and adults recovering from illness or injury remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes.

Founded in 2006, QPC provides compassionate, non-medical home care services including personal care, companionship, respite care, transportation assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping support, and veterans care. We currently serve communities throughout Georgia and Tennessee and are expanding into Florida as part of our continued growth throughout the Southeast.

Position Overview

Quality Personal Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Outreach & Referral Development Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout Metro Atlanta.

This individual will serve as an ambassador for QPC by developing relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, physicians’ offices, social workers, case managers, veterans organizations, churches, community groups, and other referral sources.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, building partnerships, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and families.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources throughout Metro Atlanta
• Represent Quality Personal Care at networking events, health fairs, community events, and outreach opportunities
• Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community partners about QPC services
• Generate qualified client referrals through relationship-building and community engagementIdentify new partnership opportunities and growth initiatives
• Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners and prospective clients
• Collaborate with leadership to support company growth objectives
• Serve as a positive representative of the QPC brand throughout the community

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Passionate about helping seniors, veterans, and families
• Experience in healthcare outreach, home care, business development, sales, marketing, community relations, or networking is preferred but not required
• Existing relationships within healthcare, senior services, veterans organizations, churches, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, or community organizations are highly valued
