Job summary

Cenikor is seeking a Client Outreach Manager for our Dallas, Texas Facility to develop referral networks and manage community partnerships. The role involves presenting to judges, attorneys, physicians, payers, and referral sources, and maintaining CRM records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business development or healthcare sales, knowledge of treatment programs, and strong communication skills. Valid driver's license required; Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships within assigned territory with clients.
• Assist Director of Business Development to secure referrals from insurers and programs.
• Conduct presentations with judges, attorneys, physicians, payers, and referral sources.
• Document contacts weekly in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and report as requested.
• Track activities, contacts, success rates, and outcomes for partners.
• Participate in regional planning to maximize business development efforts.
• Seek opportunities to participate in health fairs, rallies, and conferences.
• Act as a community resource to referral partners.
• Travel within the region presenting Cenikor Foundation's continuum of care.
• Maintain confidentiality on all matters and adhere to office hours.
