Job summary

Kids Dental Brands is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to serve as the face of our practices across Ohio. Based in or near Springfield or Dayton, you will build partnerships with schools, pediatric providers, non-profits, and local businesses to raise awareness and expand access to care.

This role emphasizes travel (about 35%), event representation, and leading outreach initiatives through our Caring for Community and Mobile Dentistry programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of community outreach or related experience.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse communities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable with regular local travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the community ambassador for our practices, building awareness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, healthcare providers, non-profits, and community organizations.
• Maintain a consistent outreach schedule with referral partners through visits and communication.
• Lead Caring for Community program initiatives including donation drives and partnerships.
• Grow participation in Mobile Dentistry program and support events.
• Represent the organization at health fairs and community events.
• Create social media content highlighting partnerships and events.
• Coordinate with Marketing for community content and media opportunities.
• Track outreach activity and report on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with local offices and remote leadership to align outreach goals.
