Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Ohio.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental/oral conditions per clinical protocols.
• Document patient records accurately and complete referrals.
• Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention.
• Supervise dental residents/students as needed.
• Participate in Dental Quality Improvement programs.
• Provide continuing education and orient staff as requested.
• Travel to HPWO sites to serve the community.
