Job summary

BODY20 Des Peres is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven individual to grow our local fitness community. This isn’t a typical sales role; you’ll focus on outreach, relationship building, and guiding prospects toward membership.

Responsibilities include generating leads through events and partnerships, following up with prospects, scheduling introductory training sessions, understanding goals, and converting prospects into paying members while maintaining CRM data.

• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and ability to build local relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through community outreach, networking, local businesses and events.
• Respond to and follow up with prospective members from marketing campaigns.
• Schedule introductory training experiences and help prospects take the first step.
• Build relationships, understand prospects' goals and recommend membership options.
• Convert interested prospects into new members.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM.
