Fleet Feet is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to lead local marketing initiatives, build partnerships, and grow store engagement in Carmel, Indiana.
You will cultivate relationships with runners, clubs, schools, and local organizations, plan and execute community events, and drive customer engagement through creative partnerships and outreach programs that align with our mission to promote health and wellness.

Fleet Feet is looking for a passionate, community-focused Community Outreach Manager to lead local marketing initiatives, foster meaningful relationships, and drive customer engagement through creative events and strategic partnerships. In this role, you'll play a vital part in growing our brand, acquiring new customers, and ensuring our store remains a hub for the local fitness and running community.

Proven experience in grassroots marketing or community outreach (retail preferred).
Excellent communication skills in both public and team-facing environments.
Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making abilities.
Comfort with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Suite.
Ties to the local running/fitness community a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
Ability to travel locally for outreach and events.
