Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in the NJ area is expanding its community outreach and referral development efforts to better connect individuals with high-quality supports. This role focuses on leveraging your existing network across New Jersey and Pennsylvania to raise awareness among Support Coordinators, agencies, and families.

You will educate the community about available resources, reduce access barriers, and help ensure timely connections to reliable care.

Qualifications

• Familiar with I/DD Support Coordination and Community-Based Supports programs in NJ.
• Strong network within the NJ I/DD community or ability to develop one.
• Experience educating communities about available supports and resources.
• Skilled at networking with Support Coordinators, agencies and families.

Responsibilities

• Educate the community and connect individuals with reliable, high-quality supports.

Kindly Direct Care is expanding its community outreach and referral development efforts. We’re seeking to partner with someone who understands the NJ DDD ecosystem and maintains strong connections with Support Coordinators, agencies, and families across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

• Is very familiar with I/DD Support Coordination and Community-Based Supports programs

• Is passionate about community education, including informing individuals about supports and resources available to them and minimizing barriers to access
• Is energized by networking and relationship-building
• Already has a trusted network in the NJ I/DD community

Compensation: Hourly rate $22+/hour + a generous commission structure
