Job summary

Opportunity Career Center (OCC) seeks a Community Liaison to support planning, engagement, and outreach in Gallup and McKinley County. You will liaise between the school and community, gather input from stakeholders, and assist with communications and events.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid driver’s license, with office experience and strong Microsoft Office skills. This is grant-funded and contingent on ongoing funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Office experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in community outreach or liaison work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support OCC with planning, organizing, and engagement as assigned by the principal.
• Make visits to businesses, community events, and community partners as needed.
• Maintain a calendar of OCC events, activities, and presentations.
• Assist in recruitment and marketing events and displays.
• Assist with advisory board meetings including correspondence and materials.
• Prepare administrative and financial reports.
