Job summary

Ennoble Care, a mobile primary and hospice care provider, seeks a full-time Hospice Community Liaison for the Lebanon, PA region. You will promote services, coordinate referrals, and drive community outreach to expand the patient base.

The role requires strong marketing acumen, health-system familiarity, and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities accompany a base salary between $50,000 and $95,000.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctor offices, hospitals, and facilities to present credentials and obtain referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plans on a regular basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Support office staff with updates and outreach.
• Provide community outreach and education.
