Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to manage community outreach and business development across assigned territories. You will meet marketing objectives, handle referrals, and coordinate new client intakes with customer service to ensure timely care initiation.

The role requires visiting referral sources, presenting to healthcare professionals, and traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration or Social Services, or 1–5 years in a B2B/healthcare setting.
• 1–3 years of healthcare marketing/outreach experience acceptable; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers about services offered by the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
