Qualifications

• Associate's degree required, or comparable experience
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use for outreach
• General knowledge of public workforce programs (WIOA, Choices, SNAP)
• Ability to listen to customers and analyze needs
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Proficiency with Internet, email, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Promote and communicate workforce development programs to participants, employers, and partners
• Recruit program participants and re‑engage customers
• Develop outreach materials, including flyers, graphics, brochures, reels, presentations, and advertisements
• Engage and recruit participants at community and hiring events
• Coordinate outreach plans and use virtual technology
• Collaborate with Marketing on social media and advertising campaigns
