Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Effective reading and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Reliable transportation required as travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Crunch Fitness with enthusiasm at events, local businesses, and gatherings.
• Initiate friendly conversations to introduce the Crunch Fitness brand.
• Generate excitement about fitness and memberships to attract prospects.
• Collect lead information and record it for follow-up.
• Build relationships with community partners and organizers.
• Identify high-traffic opportunities and propose outreach locations.
• Set up booths and distribute promotional materials.
• Explain Crunch Fitness programs and membership benefits clearly.
• Support marketing campaigns by sharing materials and offers.
• Track outreach activity and lead-generation metrics for strategy refinement.
• Maintain knowledge of Crunch Fitness services to answer questions confidently.
• Uphold brand standards and reflect Crunch Fitness energy and values.
