• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Event planning certification or project management certification a plus.
• Leadership experience: Minimum of two years, including leading a team.
• Industry experience: Minimum of three years in event planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of employee, member, and community events.
• Oversee sponsorship and employee recognition programs.
• Manage Community Impact resources with fiscal responsibility.
• Develop strategic partnerships; liaison for military outreach initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing/Business Administration
