Community Outreach Coordinator
The Disability Allies (DA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing social opportunities to connect young adults and children with and without disabilities. The Community Outreach Coordinator is a part‑time position reporting to the Director, responsible for outreach and recruitment.
The purpose of the Disability Allies is to plan team‑building activities that connect young adults and children with and without disabilities. In our events we pair each individual with a mentor who helps participants develop social skills and ensure everyone interacts. These events are open to any young adult who has a disability, knows someone with a disability, or is supportive of people with disabilities.
