Job summary

Project New Generation LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to connect patients with programs and services. You will build relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and partners to recruit eligible participants.

You will plan and execute outreach at events, enroll participants, maintain records, and collaborate with teams to align efforts with organizational goals. English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.
