Responsabilidades

• Establish trusting relationships with clients and their families; provide general support and encouragement.
• Participate in required training programs.
• Provide ongoing communication about client progress and status.
• Coordinate referrals to other agencies and services.
• Enter and retrieve information in computer systems and generate reports.
• Provide transportation for appointments, interviews, and court hearings.
• Write chart notes in accordance with professional standards and filing policies.
• Assist clients in daily living activities and access to health resources.
