Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine patients' eyes to determine visual acuity and diagnose diseases.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contacts, and vision aids.
• Refer patients to Ophthalmology or other providers when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement meetings and chart audits.
