Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in an affordable community with knowledge of HUD guidelines a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the property under the Community Director.
• Assist in leasing administration and processing applications.
• Post collections and maintain property management data.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to protect the property’s interests.
• Ensure HUD compliance across operations.
