Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financing needs to achieve home ownership.
• Analyze customer financials to assess loan qualification.
• Recommend lending solutions meeting objectives.
• Promote Citi's brand to real estate agents and referral sources.
• Coordinate with Operations and Processors to close loans.
• Develop and nurture referral relationships with Realtors and nonprofits.
• Ensure risk is managed and compliance adhered to.
