• Knowledge of processing underwriting and closing procedures; federal lending regulations.
• Ability to organize and deliver Home Buyer Workshop presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

• Originates loans from multiple internal and external referral sources.
• Understands the local Affordable Housing Market and HUD programs to assist LMI homebuyers.
• Achieves production goals as defined by the business.
• Maintains a network of relationships to generate referrals.
• Provides exceptional customer service and knowledge of lending programs.
• Conducts monthly Home Buyer Workshops and Business Development meetings.
