Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee single-family home communities and condominium associations in a high-service capacity. You will advise boards, manage vendors, and coordinate projects while ensuring top-tier resident satisfaction and transparent communication.

In this role, you will conduct board meetings, assess financial conditions, and support strategic decisions with precise documentation and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents.
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
