Job summary

Goodwin and Company in SW Austin is seeking an onsite HOA manager to oversee a 1,505‑unit, single-family, non‑gated neighborhood with a price point of 750k–1.5M.

The role requires managing two large amenities, 7 board members with resident control, and delivering five-star service to the Board and residents while coordinating maintenance, vendor contracts, and board meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions.
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents.
