ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Therapist (LSW/LPC/LMFT) to join our community-based team serving Franklin and Licking County clients. Full-Time or Part-Time with flexible scheduling and weekday hours, travel to clients in the assigned service area.

Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, patient visits, updating treatment plans, progress notes, and collaboration with case management and psychiatry services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience, or a Master's in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/LISW/LISW-S/LPC/LPCC/LPCC-S license or equivalent required.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience within a home setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation; willing to travel.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Provide patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicate and follow up regarding the client's status.
• Collaborate with case management and psychiatric services.
