Job summary

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse with Older Adult Mental Health experience for Caithness. Qualifications

• Registered with the NMC and adheres to the professional code of conduct.
• Experience in community mental health for older adults is required.
• Willing and able to travel efficiently; a driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess adults 65 years and older or memory concerns as appropriate.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care plans with clients, families and carers.
• Monitor ongoing risk and liaise with psychiatrists, GPs and social care services.
• Coordinate with MDT and supervise students and support workers occasionally.
