Job summary

Metrocare Services in Dallas is seeking a Licensed Professional Health Analyst (LPHA) to monitor services and provide community-based therapeutic support. The role focuses on person-centered care for individuals with serious mental illness and developmental disabilities, coordinating with families and third-party payers as needed.

You will assist with intake assessments, crisis response, and transportation logistics while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with 2 to 3 years of specialized experience.
• Licensure (LPC, LCSW or Ph.D.) or eligibility as part of credentialing and driving requirements.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a high-stress, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Attends treatment team staffings and promotes psychosocial rehabilitation and community resource use.
• Provides individual and group training in living skills and coping strategies.
• Delivers therapeutic counseling within clinical guidelines and coordinates services with partners.
