The Trio-Community Meals team in Rutland, VT is looking for an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. In this role you will prepare meals, manage portion control, and present dishes creatively while maintaining safety standards.

You will support high-volume service and work with a motivated team in a community-focused environment. Must have at least one year of culinary experience in scratch cooking, strong attention to detail, and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
