Gail’s Homecare is seeking a Marketing Associate to advance our local presence through community outreach, relationships with hospitals, senior communities, and referral sources. You will manage social media, create promotional materials, and coordinate events, while tracking leads and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development in healthcare.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable with community outreach and relationship-building.
• Proficient with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva.
• Must have reliable transportation for outreach.
• Professional, friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Gail’s Homecare services.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, physicians’ offices, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Identify and establish new community and referral partnerships.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, and events.
• Promote the agency’s services to potential clients, families, and referral partners.
• Track leads, referrals, and marketing activities and provide updates to management.
• Represent Gail’s Homecare professionally at meetings and community events.
