Qualifications

• BS, BA, or BBA degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, sales, or health promotion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and supervise community relations programs, loyalty programs, and speaker bureau.
• Maintain loyalty member database; provide regular communications and plan events.
• Develop community initiatives and represent the hospital at events to enhance Texoma image.
• Track impact of loyalty programs on hospital volume.
