Responsibilities of the Community Marketing Associate :

• Engage with a diverse group of potentially interested parties and educate them about our Telecommunication services and how we can make an immediate impact!
• Qualify potential customers, explaining the value of specialized products and services that tailor to their sales needs
• Collaborate with fellow Community Marketing Associates and the sales team to develop and streamline creative sales methods
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process, ensuring all questions are answered and all needs are met
• Participate in daily training with the Community Marketing Associate team to improve your sales skills
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building fruitful relationships with community members, the Community Marketing Associate team, and clients
• Contribute to the team's sales success in a family-oriented and supportive atmosphere, where collaboration is key to achieving your long-term growth & goals

Qualifications for Community Marketing Associate :

• A high school diploma or equivalent, an associate’s degree in business, communications, or marketing is a plus, but will not required
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, as a Community Marketing Associate, or other relevant roles
• Ability to meet & connect with a diverse group of people (clients, consumers, team members, etc.)
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for sales and personal development
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
