Job summary

Travel Leisure Resort Development Inc in Williamsburg, Virginia, is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to serve as brand ambassadors and engage potential customers for sales-preview tours. This role requires a flexible schedule and offers uncapped earning potential through bonuses and guaranteed pay.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for 4–6 hours at a time, both indoors and outdoors.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
