Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Northeast Chicago is seeking Part-Time Community Marketers to build relationships in the Chicagoland area and generate qualified private pay home care referrals. The role suits individuals with healthcare marketing, senior services, or community outreach experience.

Responsibilities include visiting ALFs, living communities, hospitals, and physicians, presenting in-person, attending events, tracking referrals, and collaborating on growth strategies with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing or related senior care services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Existing referral relationships are a plus

Position Summary

We are looking for energetic and professional Part-Time Community Marketers who can build relationships within the community and generate qualified private pay home care referrals. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare marketing, senior services, assisted living, home health, hospice, social work, or community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with:
  • Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
  • Independent Living Communities
  • Senior Centers
  • Rehabilitation Facilities
  • Hospitals and Discharge Planners
  • Physicians and Medical Practices
  • Social Workers and Case Managers
  • Community Organizations and Religious Institutions
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and presentations.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events.
• Generate qualified private pay client referrals.
• Track outreach activities and referral sources.
• Collaborate with agency leadership on growth strategies.
• Represent Synergy HomeCare professionally within the community.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or medical marketing experience preferred.
