MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Tupelo Alley in Portland, OR. You will lead and train the on-site team, oversee marketing, and manage the property's budget to drive occupancy and profitability.

MG Properties has over 30 years of experience in acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, and backs employees with a strong commitment to community enrichment.

Competenze

• Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong team-building and effective management skills.
• Proficient in operations including marketing, budgets, and sales.

• Build and train the on-site team and oversee staffing.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Tupelo Alley, located in, Portland, OR !

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
