SI Communities, LLC is seeking a Property Manager Assistant to support the Property Manager in daily operations and finances. The role includes rent processing, deposits, resident screenings, and coordination of move-ins and move-outs.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong administrative and communication skills. This position may require driving and occasional travel, with a focus on compliance and resident satisfaction.
Responsible for assisting the Property Manager in managing all operational and financial aspects of a property to ensure Company goals are met. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
