Brookside Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead Heatherstone Apartments in Louisville, KY. You will manage daily operations, oversee leasing, renewals and resident relations, and ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and lead a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Entrata experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations and maintain a strong resident experience.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations and collections.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing activity.
• Manage property budgets, expenses and reporting.
• Support and lead the on-site team.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep the community operating at a high standard.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and housing requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and create a welcoming community.
• Communicate with ownership, vendors and Brookside's support teams as needed.
