PS Property Management is seeking a full-time Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA and condo communities in the greater Austin area. You will be the primary liaison for boards and homeowners, supported by an admin team and AI-enhanced workflows.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of Texas governance. A CMCA or eligibility within 12 months is preferred, with a chance to grow in a tech-forward, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field.
  • CMCA credential or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Strong knowledge of HOA/condo governance, CC&Rs, and Texas Property Code.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
  • Complete due diligence for prospective new communities during business development.
  • Assist with preparation and enforcement of covenants and restrictions.
  • Use AI-powered tools to streamline communication, track requests, and deliver faster service to homeowners.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time Community Manager to join our South Austin office and manage a portfolio of HOA and Condo Associations in the greater Austin area. You'll be the primary point of contact for board members and homeowners, supported by an exceptional admin team and industry-leading technology tools.

  • CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or ability to obtain within 12 months
