KMG Prestige in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee daily operations of the apartment community and lead the on-site team. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential to ensure smooth operations and high resident satisfaction.

You will handle resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and lead site staff while delivering superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude to drive occupancy and retention.
