Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead daily operations across our manufactured housing communities. You will oversee rent collection, budgets, supplies, and team development while serving as the primary contact for residents and resolving complaints to align with company goals.

You will recruit and train staff, manage marketing and leasing, foster vendor and city relationships, and ensure property standards. A valid AZ driver’s license and PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Property management or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, and asset protection.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members; conduct regular team meetings.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy.
• Develop relationships with vendors and local authorities; maintain property standards.
• Plan and coordinate community events to foster a positive environment.
• Communicate community performance and issues with supervisor and team.
• Coordinate home deliveries, warranty follow-ups, and vendor communications as needed.
• Travel to company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
