YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a diligent Community Manager to lead daily operations, drive occupancy, and supervise a regional team across our manufactured housing communities. You will manage rent collections, vendor relations, and marketing while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with team management.
• State-specific licensing within 90 days where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations and budget protection.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members; conduct regular meetings.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, and turnover to maintain high occupancy.
• Build relationships with vendors and local authorities.
• Plan and coordinate community events and uphold property standards.
• Coordinate home delivery, warranty follow-ups with manufacturers.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and company conferences as requested.
• Resolve resident complaints and communicate outcomes to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Take executive decisions related to financial success and community safety.
