Job summary

Legacy is seeking a Full Time Community Manager to oversee a manufactured home community and drive day-to-day operations, ensuring a positive environment for residents, staff and visitors.

You will manage rent collections, enforce park rules, maintain resident files, and coordinate sales of park-owned and brokered homes. The role requires strong customer service, CRM use, and collaboration with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• At least three (3) years of Property Management Experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Efficiently operates Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufactured home community.
• Collect monthly rent payments and enforce park rules.
• Sell park owned new, used homes and brokered resident homes.
• Maintain resident files and ensure confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain community relationships and handle applications.
