Base pay range

$46,000.00/yr - $46,000.00/yr

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in Canton, OH. The Portfolio Manager oversees associations, coordinates with Boards, vendors, and the Sentry Home Office to deliver excellent customer service while achieving company goals.

Responsibilities Include
  • Satisfy clients by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
  • Participate in annual and general meetings
  • Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and approvals
  • Coordinate with employees such as janitorial, maintenance, and administrative staff
  • Handle invoices, payments, and assessments
  • Serve as liaison between associations and legal counsel
  • Prepare reports and financial summaries for boards
  • Manage onboarding and exit processes for associations
Applicants Must
  • Maintain licensing in some states
  • Have previous community management experience
  • Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills
